You hit the nail on the head… the day we have no joy in (fill in the blank), is the day to either go back to the basics to fall in love with (fill in the blank) again… or leave it behind… for a while… or longer. 🫶🏽

And yes. Lots of hydration breaks and a med staff that tracks humidity levels to adjust protocols each day, if needed.

This is a great analogy! When I started on this book writing process, I mapped all of these beautiful looking timelines. And now two years later, I know I make progress when I stay ready and jump when the opportunity arises

Very true! And yes lots of opportunities have shown up and each gotten me one step closer! that’s the other thing… I’m not so sure there’s a big break as much as a series of little jumps!
